編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(encoder)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)將(jiang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(如比特(te)流)或數(shu)(shu)(shu)據編(bian)(bian)制、轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)可用(yong)(yong)以(yi)通訊、傳(chuan)輸和(he)存儲之形(xing)式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)備。編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把(ba)角位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)或直(zhi)線(xian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)。前者稱(cheng)為(wei)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)盤(pan),后者稱(cheng)為(wei)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)尺(chi)。按照讀(du)(du)出(chu)方式(shi)(shi)編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)可以(yi)分為(wei)接(jie)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)式(shi)(shi)和(he)非接(jie)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)式(shi)(shi)兩(liang)種(zhong);編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)后由(you)數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)制置(zhi)(zhi)CNC、可編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)邏(luo)輯控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)PLC、控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)等來(lai)(lai)(lai)處理。這些傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)主要應用(yong)(yong)在(zai)下列方面:機床、材料加工、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機反饋系(xi)統(tong)以(yi)及測量(liang)(liang)和(he)控(kong)(kong)制設(she)(she)備。在(zai)ELTRA編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)角位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)換(huan)采用(yong)(yong)了光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)掃描原理。讀(du)(du)數(shu)(shu)(shu)系(xi)統(tong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)基于徑向分度(du)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)旋轉(zhuan),該分度(du)由(you)交替(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)透(tou)光(guang)窗(chuang)口和(he)不(bu)(bu)透(tou)光(guang)窗(chuang)口構(gou)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。此系(xi)統(tong)全部用(yong)(yong)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)紅(hong)外光(guang)源垂直(zhi)照射,增量(liang)(liang)式(shi)(shi)編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)將(jiang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成周期性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),再把(ba)這個(ge)(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)轉(zhuan)變成計數(shu)(shu)(shu)脈(mo)沖,用(yong)(yong)脈(mo)沖的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)(ge)數(shu)(shu)(shu)表(biao)(biao)示位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)小。編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)對應一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)確定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma),因此它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)示值只與(yu)測量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)起(qi)始和(he)終止位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)(you)關,而(er)(er)與(yu)測量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)間過(guo)程(cheng)無(wu)關。旋轉(zhuan)增量(liang)(liang)式(shi)(shi)編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)以(yi)轉(zhuan)動時(shi)輸出(chu)脈(mo)沖,通過(guo)計數(shu)(shu)(shu)設(she)(she)備來(lai)(lai)(lai)知(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)其位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),當編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)動或停(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),依靠(kao)計數(shu)(shu)(shu)設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內部記憶來(lai)(lai)(lai)記住位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)。這樣,當停(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后,編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)能有(you)(you)(you)任何的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)移(yi)動,當來(lai)(lai)(lai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工作時(shi),編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)脈(mo)沖過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),也不(bu)(bu)能有(you)(you)(you)干擾(rao)而(er)(er)丟失(shi)脈(mo)沖,不(bu)(bu)然(ran),計數(shu)(shu)(shu)設(she)(she)備記憶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)零點就會偏移(yi),而(er)(er)且這種(zhong)偏移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)無(wu)從知(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),只有(you)(you)(you)錯誤(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生產結(jie)果(guo)出(chu)現后才能知(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)。解(jie)決(jue)(jue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)增加參(can)(can)考(kao)點,編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)每(mei)經過(guo)參(can)(can)考(kao)點,將(jiang)參(can)(can)考(kao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)修正進計數(shu)(shu)(shu)設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)記憶位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)。在(zai)參(can)(can)考(kao)點以(yi)前,是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)能保證(zheng)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)準確性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。為(wei)此,在(zai)工控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)就有(you)(you)(you)每(mei)次操作先找(zhao)參(can)(can)考(kao)點,開機找(zhao)零等方法(fa)。這樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)由(you)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機械(xie)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)決(jue)(jue)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),它(ta)(ta)不(bu)(bu)受停(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、干擾(rao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影響。編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把(ba)角位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)或直(zhi)線(xian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)。前者成
