1、精確(que)度
儀表(biao)精(jing)確(que)度(du)(du)科稱精(jing)度(du)(du),又稱準(zhun)確(que)度(du)(du)。精(jing)確(que)度(du)(du)和誤差(cha)(cha)可以說是孿(luan)生兄弟,因為有誤差(cha)(cha)的(de)存在,才有精(jing)確(que)度(du)(du)這個概念。儀表(biao)精(jing)確(que)度(du)(du)簡(jian)言之(zhi)就是儀表(biao)測(ce)量值接近真值的(de)準(zhun)確(que)程度(du)(du),通常用相對百分(fen)誤差(cha)(cha)(也稱相對折合誤差(cha)(cha))表(biao)示。
2、變差
變(bian)(bian)差是(shi)(shi)指儀(yi)表(biao)被(bei)測變(bian)(bian)量(可(ke)理解(jie)為(wei)(wei)輸入信號)多(duo)次(ci)從不(bu)同方向(xiang)(xiang)達到同一(yi)數值時,儀(yi)表(biao)指示值之間的(de)(de)大(da)差值,或者說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)儀(yi)表(biao)在外界條件不(bu)變(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)情況下,被(bei)測參數由小到大(da)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)(正向(xiang)(xiang)特性(xing))和被(bei)測參數由大(da)到小變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)(反向(xiang)(xiang)特性(xing))不(bu)一(yi)致的(de)(de)程度,兩者之差即為(wei)(wei)儀(yi)表(biao)變(bian)(bian)差。
3、靈敏度
靈(ling)(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)(du)是指儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)對被(bei)測參數變化的(de)(de)(de)(de)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)敏(min)程度(du)(du),或者說是對被(bei)測的(de)(de)(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)(liang)變化的(de)(de)(de)(de)反應能力,是在(zai)穩(wen)態(tai)下,輸出(chu)變化增量(liang)(liang)(liang)對輸入變化增量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)比值:靈(ling)(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)(du)有(you)(you)時(shi)也(ye)稱“放大比”,也(ye)是儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)靜特性貼切線上各點的(de)(de)(de)(de)斜率。增加放大倍數可以提高儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)(du),單純(chun)加大靈(ling)(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)(du)并不(bu)改變儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基本性能,即(ji)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)精(jing)度(du)(du)并沒有(you)(you)提高,相反有(you)(you)時(shi)會出(chu)現振蕩現象,造成(cheng)輸出(chu)不(bu)穩(wen)定。儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)(biao)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)(du)應保持適當的(de)(de)(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。

1、精確度
儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)精確(que)(que)度科稱精度,又稱準(zhun)確(que)(que)度。精確(que)(que)度和(he)誤(wu)(wu)差可以(yi)說是孿生兄弟(di),因為有誤(wu)(wu)差的存在,才有精確(que)(que)度這(zhe)個概念。儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)精確(que)(que)度簡言(yan)之就是儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)測量值(zhi)(zhi)接近真值(zhi)(zhi)的準(zhun)確(que)(que)程度,通常用相(xiang)(xiang)對百分誤(wu)(wu)差(也稱相(xiang)(xiang)對折合誤(wu)(wu)差)表(biao)(biao)示。
2、變差(cha)
變(bian)(bian)差(cha)是指儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表(biao)被測變(bian)(bian)量(liang)(可理解為輸入(ru)信號)多(duo)次從不(bu)同方向達到(dao)(dao)同一數(shu)值(zhi)時,儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表(biao)指示值(zhi)之間的大(da)差(cha)值(zhi),或(huo)者說是儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表(biao)在(zai)外界條件不(bu)變(bian)(bian)的情況下,被測參數(shu)由(you)小(xiao)到(dao)(dao)大(da)變(bian)(bian)化(正向特性)和被測參數(shu)由(you)大(da)到(dao)(dao)小(xiao)變(bian)(bian)化(反向特性)不(bu)一致的程(cheng)度(du),兩者之差(cha)即為儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表(biao)變(bian)(bian)差(cha)。
3、靈敏度
靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)(min)度(du)是(shi)指儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)對被(bei)測參數(shu)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)(min)程(cheng)度(du),或者說是(shi)對被(bei)測的(de)(de)量變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)反應能(neng)力,是(shi)在穩(wen)(wen)態(tai)下,輸出變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)增量對輸入變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)增量的(de)(de)比值:靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)(min)度(du)有時(shi)也稱“放大(da)(da)比”,也是(shi)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)靜特性(xing)貼切線(xian)上(shang)各點的(de)(de)斜率。增加放大(da)(da)倍數(shu)可(ke)以提高儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)(min)度(du),單(dan)純加大(da)(da)靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)(min)度(du)并不改變(bian)(bian)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)基本性(xing)能(neng),即儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)精度(du)并沒(mei)有提高,相反有時(shi)會出現(xian)(xian)振蕩現(xian)(xian)象,造成輸出不穩(wen)(wen)定。儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)(min)度(du)應保持適(shi)當的(de)(de)量。
