(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),可(ke)制成多量(liang)程電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)。
電(dian)流表(biao)(biao)和(he)電(dian)壓表(biao)(biao)的測量機構基本相同,但在(zai)測量線路中的連接有所不同。因此,在(zai)選(xuan)擇和(he)使用電(dian)流表(biao)(biao)和(he)電(dian)壓表(biao)(biao)時應注意以下幾點。
⒈ 類型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)(xuan)擇。當被(bei)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)是直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)(ying)選(xuan)(xuan)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)表(biao),即磁(ci)電系測(ce)(ce)量(liang)機(ji)構的(de)(de)(de)儀表(biao)。當被(bei)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)是交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)其(qi)波(bo)(bo)形與頻率。若為(wei)正弦波(bo)(bo),只(zhi)需(xu)測(ce)(ce)出有效值(zhi)(zhi)即可換算為(wei)其(qi)他值(zhi)(zhi)(如大(da)值(zhi)(zhi)、平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)等),采(cai)用(yong)任意(yi)一種(zhong)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)表(biao)即可;若為(wei)非正弦波(bo)(bo),則(ze)(ze)應(ying)(ying)區分需(xu)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)是什(shen)么值(zhi)(zhi),有效值(zhi)(zhi)可選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)磁(ci)系或鐵磁(ci)電動系測(ce)(ce)量(liang)機(ji)構的(de)(de)(de)儀表(biao),平(ping)均值(zhi)(zhi)則(ze)(ze)選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)整流(liu)(liu)系測(ce)(ce)量(liang)機(ji)構的(de)(de)(de)儀表(biao)。電動系測(ce)(ce)量(liang)機(ji)構的(de)(de)(de)儀表(biao)常(chang)用(yong)于交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電流(liu)(liu)和電壓的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)密測(ce)(ce)量(liang)。
⒉ 準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)的(de)選(xuan)(xuan)擇。因(yin)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)越(yue)高(gao),價格越(yue)貴(gui),維修也較困難。而且,若其他條(tiao)件配合不(bu)當,再高(gao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)等級(ji)的(de)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao),也未(wei)必能得到準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)結(jie)果。因(yin)此,在選(xuan)(xuan)用準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)較低的(de)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)可滿足測(ce)量(liang)(liang)要(yao)求的(de)情況下(xia)(xia),就不(bu)要(yao)選(xuan)(xuan)用高(gao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)的(de)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)。通常0.1級(ji)和0.2級(ji)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)作(zuo)為標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)表(biao)(biao)選(xuan)(xuan)用;0.5級(ji)和1.0級(ji)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)作(zuo)為實驗室測(ce)量(liang)(liang)使用;1.5級(ji)以下(xia)(xia)的(de)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)一(yi)般作(zuo)為工程測(ce)量(liang)(liang)選(xuan)(xuan)用。
⒊ 量(liang)(liang)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)選擇。要充分發揮儀表(biao)(biao)(biao)準確(que)度的(de)作用,還必(bi)須根據被測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)大(da)(da)小,合理(li)選用儀表(biao)(biao)(biao)量(liang)(liang)限(xian),如(ru)選擇不(bu)(bu)當,其測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)誤差將會很大(da)(da)。一般使儀表(biao)(biao)(biao)對被測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)指示(shi)大(da)(da)于儀表(biao)(biao)(biao)大(da)(da)量(liang)(liang)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)1/2~2/3以上,而(er)不(bu)(bu)能超(chao)過其大(da)(da)量(liang)(liang)程(cheng)(cheng)。
⒋ 內阻(zu)的選(xuan)擇(ze)。選(xuan)擇(ze)儀表時(shi),還應(ying)根(gen)據被測阻(zu)抗的大小來(lai)選(xuan)擇(ze)儀表的內阻(zu),否則會帶來(lai)較大的測量誤差(cha)。因內阻(zu)的大小反(fan)映(ying)儀表本身(shen)功率的消耗,所以,測量電流時(shi),應(ying)選(xuan)用內阻(zu)盡(jin)可能小的電流表;測量電壓(ya)時(shi),應(ying)選(xuan)用內阻(zu)盡(jin)可能大的電壓(ya)表。
指針式電流表都是由靈(ling)敏(min)電(dian)流(liu)計(ji)改裝而來的。靈(ling)敏(min)電(dian)流(liu)計(ji)即使靈敏度再高(gao),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)多不超(chao)過(guo)30微安,而學生用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表測(ce)得(de)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)強度(du)都是0.6A,或(huo)者3A,遠(yuan)遠(yuan)超(chao)出大值。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表既(ji)要讓(rang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)上的全部(bu)(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)通(tong)(tong)過(guo),又不允許通(tong)(tong)過(guo)線圈的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)超(chao)過(guo)安全限度(du)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表是與(yu)被測(ce)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)串聯的,所以改裝(zhuang)時要分(fen)流(liu)。將靈(ling)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)計與(yu)一個阻(zu)(zu)值較小的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)并聯,這(zhe)樣就會使大部(bu)(bu)分(fen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),小部(bu)(bu)分(fen)經過(guo)表頭。這時將表頭標上(shang)新(xin)的刻度,就可以了。
